A. Health Information (PHI)
When you use our service, you upload ultrasound scans. These contain images of your unborn baby and may include medical metadata. We treat this as Protected Health Information (PHI).
B. Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
- Email Address: Used to send your results and receipts.
- Parental Photos: Used solely for AI feature blending.
- Heritage Information: Optionally used to improve AI generation accuracy.
- Payment Data: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Data
AI Generation: We process your images using secure, sandboxed AI models to generate your baby reveal content.
No Training: We DO NOT use your images or data to train or improve foundational AI models. Your data belongs to you.
Internal Only: Your data is only used to fulfill your specific order.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
Automated Deletion: All uploaded images (PHI/PII) and generated results are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 14 days after your order is completed.
Manual Deletion: You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting hello@seebabysooner.com.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We partner with secure, industry-standard providers:
- Supabase: Database and encrypted storage.
- Vercel: Application hosting.
- Stripe: Payment processing.
- Replicate: AI model orchestration.
5. HIPAA & International Compliance
HIPAA: We implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your health information, treating every scan as a sensitive medical record.
GDPR/UK-GDPR: EU and UK residents have the right to access, rectify, or delete their data.
CCPA: California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information.
6. Security
We use SSL encryption, signed URLs for storage access, and strict internal access controls to ensure your data remains private and secure against unauthorized access.
