By using SeeBabySooner.com, you are providing express consent for us to process your diagnostic medical images (ultrasounds) for the sole purpose of generating AI baby portraits for entertainment.

1. What Information is Covered?

This consent covers your uploaded 3D/4D ultrasound scans, which include images of your unborn child and associated medical metadata. Under U.S. law, this is considered Protected Health Information (PHI).

2. Who Will See My Information?

• Automated Processing: Your information is processed primarily by our secure application logic.
• AI Services: Recieve only the pixel data required for the transformation; they do not retain your data for model training.
• Limited Human Access: Our internal tech team may view images only if you explicitly request technical support for a specific order.

3. Purpose of Processing

The sole purpose of this data processing is to create "visions" or artistic interpretations of your baby for your personal entertainment. We do not use this data for medical diagnosis, research (outside of improving our own generation logic), or for sale to third parties.

4. Rights and Revocation

You have the right to revoke this consent at any time. Upon revocation, we will immediately delete all your data from our active systems. Note that once an AI generation is complete and shared, the artistic output cannot be "un-generated," but it will be purged from our systems according to our retention policy.

5. 14-Day Deletion Policy

As part of our commitment to your privacy and HIPAA safeguards, all healthcare-related data (PHI) is automatically and permanently purged from our systems 14 days after your order is fulfilled.
